Apples For Arteries

Apples are a rich source of quercetin, including potassium and magnesium.  These minerals help keep your blood pressure under control. A French study found that eating two apples a day can help prevent and reverse 'hardening' of the arteries. Apples decrease oxidation of cell membrane fats. This is important in our cardiovascular system since oxidation of fat in the membranes of cells, that line our blood vessels, is a primary risk factor for clogging of the arteries (atherosclerosis) and other cardiovascular problems. Multiple studies have also shown that consuming apples decreases the risk of asthma.

Juice ingredients: Organic apples, organic blood orange, organic blueberries, organic orange and organic maca powder.
