Good Organic Eating

Poached eggs with tomatoes, black chia seeds and cauliflower power. Black chia seeds have double the fiber, double the protein, and over 500 mg more omega-3s than ground flax. Adding a tablespoon of chia to a smoothie also adds vitamin A, vitamin B3 and three times as much calcium and iron than flax! Read more about chia seeds here.
Ingredients: Happy free-range chicken eggs, organic hemp oil, organic thyme, organic cauliflower, organic tomatoes, organic cilantro, organic black chai seeds and sea salt and pepper for added flavor.
