Ingredients: 100% Natural coconut flour, organic coconut oil, organic banana, organic-gluten free flour, raw organic pre-soaked almonds, fluoride-free water, raw organic honey with royal jelly and organic black chia seed powder.
Serves 8 pieces
1 organic banana
pinch of sea salt
1 1/4 cup organic gluten free flour
3/4 cup natural coconut flour
1/4 cup organic coconut oil melted
3/4 cups fluoride free water*
1/4 cup organic raw honey with royal jelly
1 tbsp organic baking powder
1/4 cup organic black chia seed powder
1/4 cup finely chopped raw organic pre-soaked almonds**
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix gluten free flour, coconut flour, baking powder, black chia seed powder, pinch of sea salt and finely chopped pre-soaked almonds.
3. In a separate bowl, mix melted coconut oil, water and honey.
4. Add to dry mix.
5. Toss in banana.
6. Mix all ingredients. (should be slightly sticky)
7. Scoop out and place in a round flat 9" glass oven dish.
8. Place in oven rack for 15-20minutes.
9. Remove from oven and let cool.
10. Serve and enjoy yummy coconut banana bread!

**For easier digestion, pre-soak almonds for at least 7 hours prior to baking. Finely chop almonds and discard of shell skin before adding to mix.
