We've gone bananas!

Bananas are one of the best sources of potassium. One large banana contains 602 mg of potassium, 2 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber. It contains vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium and traces of iron and zinc. Bananas aid in digestion, protects the kidney and builds strong bones.
