Afternoon Tea with an Aroma of Spice

Cloves work as an anti-inflammatory agent and provide nutrients that include manganese, omega 3 fats, vitamin K, fiber, vitamin C magnesium and calcium! It has anti-fungal properties that is known to help cure candida. Candida overgrowth can cause disease in the gut flora. Cloves have been known to relieve headaches and improve memory. To make clove tea, simply grind organic dried cloves (about 1 tsp for 2 cups) and add to boiled water. Let simmer for about 2 minutes and then steep for 5 minutes.
