The Aroma of Health

As mentioned on a previous post, along with the pleasant aroma cinnamon produces, it is an excellent source of manganese, dietary fiber, iron and calcium. It has antifungal, antibacterial, antiparasitic and anti-inflammatory properties. Cinnamon has also been known to improve energy, vitality, and circulation
Below: simple to make Cinnamon Mini Muffins.... can you smell the aroma of health?! 
Ingredients: Organic gluten free flour, organic coconut flour, organic coconut oil, organic white chia seed powder, happy free range chicken eggs, organic cinnamon and organic raw honey - sprinkled with enzyme activated chopped almonds. 
Honey loses it's enzymes when used for baking so we drizzled some on top after the muffins cooled. We found some information here, on the use of honey for baking.
