Creating A Smoothie

There is a variety of fruits and flavors for creating smoothies. We enjoy experimenting with flavors and adding health benefits to our food and drinks.
Below: Organic strawberry, blueberry, orange, pear and almond smoothie. Pre-soaking almonds overnight will activate the enzymes, releasing it's shell. Add them to a smoothie for extra flavor and health benefits!
