For Dessert

Mini gluten free muffins with strawberries are easy to make, with few ingredients. We used organic almond flour/meal with a couple of happy free range chicken eggs, honey and a pinch of organic vanilla bean powder. We diced some fresh strawberries and threw them into the mix. It was a tasty and healthy dessert! Baked in only 15 minutes!
