Light On Our Feet

We decided to make some healthy cinnamon apple chips to take with us to the park. You can check our previous post on how to make cinnamon apple chips here. They make a great light snack for home or 'to go'. We'll be making lots of chips now that we purchased a mandoline cooking tool, which is used for slicing and cutting food into thin strips. It's great for making apple chips, yam chips, fries and other raw foods for dehydrating. Make sure you use the finger protector when slicing!
