We Want Coookie

Peanuts are a good source of vitamin E, niacin, folate, protein and manganese. They provide monounsaturated fats - the fats needed for a heart-healthy diet. Their antioxidant content is comparable to the antioxidant content of blackberries and strawberries, but are far richer in antioxidants than apples, carrots or beets!
Below: Organic peanut butter cookies made with happy free range chicken eggs, gluten-free flour, coconut flour and organic crunchy peanut butter...yummy!
