Shredded Cabbage Casserole

A light, tasty and simple dinner can still provide plenty of nutrition! Cabbage is beneficial for the stomach and digestive tract. It has an excellent source of vitamin C and is high in antioxidants! Cabbage is also a good source of vitamin A. Vitamin A plays an important role in vision, bone growth and cell division. 
Below: Tasty and simple-to-make shredded cabbage casserole with homemade tomato sauce and sprinkled with organic hemp seeds. Ingredients: Organic cabbage, organic asparagus, organic onions, organic garlic, organic tomatoes, organic carrots, organic celery, organic gluten free short grain brown rice and organic parsley.
