A Classy Smoothie

We love creating smoothies because of the choices of health benefits they provide us with. There's an art to cooking and prepping drinks! Prunes and blueberries are high in antioxidants. Apricots provide us with vitamin A. And bananas supply us with potassium, vitamins B6 and C. Whatever mix of fruits we decide on in the morning, smoothies give us the energy boost we need and are very tasty!
