Curry Rice With Green Peas

We love curry spices and have been incorporating them more frequently in our dinners ever since we made our first green curry chicken dish. We try to mix up the spices in different ways to get a similar flavor.
Below: Organic short grain brown rice (gluten free) with turmeric powder, cumin powder, cayenne pepper, curry leaves, shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, green peas, carrots, garlic, leeks and topped with steamed asparagus. It was full of flavor!
