Your Heart Has Wisdom

'It doesn't need to be more complicated than just listening to your heart and following it. Because your heart has memory. Your heart has wisdom. Your heart has consciousness. Your heart actually thinks. And when you can develop a balanced dialogue between the heart mind and the head mind, that's when everything falls into alignment. The head needs to take it's queue from the heart, not contradict it and try to run everything… the heart is in the center of your being for a reason, not the head.' - Bashar

Kale For Christmas

Kale chips are a great snack for the Christmas holidays! Kale alkalizes the body and contains many health benefits, including antioxidant nutrients. It is high in vitamin K and contains anti-inflammatory benefits. Research shows the omega-3s in kale are an important part of these benefits, by providing over 350 milligrams of the most basic omega-3 fatty acids (100 calorie intake). I use a dehydrator to make this snack so they are served raw with enzymes. Eating raw (living) food assists in digestion, and helps the body to focus on rebuilding new and healthy cells through the use of the metabolic enzymes. Kale is also great for detoxifying the body. Enjoy!

You are your own universe

"How you define your reality is what you experience. All things in physical reality are fundamentally neutral, they have no built in meaning at all. You are designed to give life meaning. You are designed to give meaning to different circumstances and situations. That's the gift, that's the power you have been given by creation as a co-creator. The meaning you give to something determines the effect you get out of it. Again, this is just physics… what you put out is what you get back. It's just like a reflection in the mirror. Physical reality is in a sense, a mirror. And if you see in the mirror that your face is frowning, you don't try to go to the mirror and make the reflection smile. The only way to make the reflection smile is for you to smile first." - Darryl Anka (channeling Bashar)

History Repeats Itself

"If you view time as a wheel, all we have to do is figure out how long the wheels are, and then if there's a traumatic event that happens in the wheel, and then the wheel turns again, we're in the future.
Past, present and future do exist in one sense, but if something really bad happens in a previous wheel, it's going to happen again in the next one because it leaves a residue. It leaves a blue print. So that does very much relate to the cycles of history. Some of this stuff are archetypes and it's like a universal mind, but some of it is the result of things that happened before. And when the cycle comes around again those influences, we have to work off the trauma - and they will repeat." - David Wilcock.
